I’m going on tour in Minnesota again this summer and your girl has been working some long days and nights in the studio to prepare.
The last couple months I’ve been juggling all the tools and wearing all the hats, and even made a quick trip to MN in June to celebrate a graduation and somehow get swept up in category three hurricane winds that caused so much tree loss it changed the landscape of my hometown of Bemidji. I’m not sure I’m fully prepared to see the aftermath of that storm, but I am looking forward to seeing our friends and family and refreshing our roots in Lake Bemidji for the year.
All the while I’ve been working in the studio I’ve been doing my part to take action and stay aware of everything happening in the world around us- from our neighborhoods and across the globe. TBH, it feels a little strange to be heading out on an art fair market tour when there’s so much heaviness on our chests…
In a time where the world feels so connected, it can seem like we’re more disconnected than ever as we watch some of the worst of human suffering all from the comfort of our mobile phones. What will it take for us to come together and find what connects us instead of divides us?
Maybe that’s one of the reasons to get out and come together- look each other in the eye, embrace one another, talk it out and share our stories.
So I’m inviting you to come out to see me at any of the 3 Minnesota markets on my schedule and let’s CONNECT. Let’s share the ways we’re keeping sane, pushing back, making our communities inclusive, etc…
Of course I’ll be set up with my booth and talking about jewelry for empowerment, healing, and astrology of course, but my business has never been about just sales- there’s never an expectation for anyone to buy. It’s my little temporary space in the world and I’d love to connect with you while I’m there.
I certainly don’t have the answers, but I know there has to be something better than where we are right now and maybe if we come together more often we can find each other to bridge the gaps and build more sustainable relationships, communities, and planet.
See you soon Minnesota!

I'll be sharing more about the upcoming art fairs and my new collection in my newsletter, socials, and probably another blog post. But for now you can find my show schedule on my EVENTS page.
