Small Business Weekend arrives this week bringing the perfect excuse to shower some love and support on your favorite small business.
Shopping local, small, and handmade this holiday season and beyond is the best way to show up for your communities. You've all heard how small businesses do a little happy dance when they receive an order, but your order can literally change someones day or life. Keeping the doors of small business makers and shakers open, strengthens the local enconomy and keeps your dollar local.
While your Holiday shopping season may start on Black Friday, I urge you to consider spending more (or all) of your dollars with local and small businesses this season.
Personally, I prefer to sit Black Friday out both as a shopper and as a business, but I'm always down to celebrate shopping small businesses so I've got a couple of deals for you this weekend!

Share their business on Social Media: We LOVE it when you take and tag our shops in pictures of your goods or post a fire selfie rocking your new wears!
Word of Mouth: Sharing on social media is a great way to spread your love for a business, you can take it a step further and share the business or maker with a friend you think will like them. I love it when someone asks for a couple extra business cards so they can pass my site onto others when they're complimented on their jewelry!
Write a Review: Love your purchases, got some extra care, or had something customized? Share your experience in a review, social post, or even directly to the small business/maker. I recently got a DM from a customer sharing with me how they love a pair of hoops they got from me a couple years ago and still wear them 4-5 days a week. A note like that can turn someone day around- I know it sure makes my day!
Social Media: We love getting tagged in your posts, but we also love it when you interact with our profiles. Algorithms have made sharing our designs and creations with the world harder so we love it when you like, comment, share, invite your friends and family, and/or save our posts too.
