Store Policies

Orders & Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express; and PayPay.

 

  • Changes or cancellations to your order must be submitted by email to info@christinahollanddesigns.com within 24 hrs.

 

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have shipped.

 

  • All Christina Holland Designs jewelry come on custom branded tags and earrings cards and include a printed description of the item and the online listed retail price. If you need need the price removed for gifting purposes, please "add a note with your order" from the view cart page.

 

  • Jewelry order comes in custom branded gift boxes, often with a drawstring bag, polishing cloth, business card, jewelry care and policies card, and sometimes CHD stickers or other flare.

Shipping

  • Christina Holland Designs are created and ship from the CHD studio in Tucson, AZ via USPS. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

 

  • You choose your shipping preference from First Class Mail or Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • ALL orders ship with a tracking number and insurance for loss or damages while in transit. Your tracking number will be emailed to the address submitted with your order- please check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking number within 5-7 days.

 

  • Once packages have shipped I, Christina Holland, cannot not be held liable for any loss/theft or damages incurred in shipping and by submitting your order you acknowledge once it leaves the CHD studio any changes to order or liabilities are out of my hands.

  • If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please alert me immediately AND contact your local post office. All orders are insured for loss or damages while being shipped, but USPS does have time limits on filing a claim. It's important to contact your local post office in a timely manner to ask them to assist you in locating your missing package. Often they will have someone contact you at the last known post location it was received and if unable to locate it they will tell you to start a claim- file your claim as soon as possible to stay within their policy guidelines (approx 30 to 60 days, see USPS for more).

  • If you live outside of the continental U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact me with your shipping address and item(s) in your order. I will get back to you with a shipping total and invoice. Please allow extra time for shipments outside of the continental U.S.

  • Most items will ship within 3-5 days (depending on federal holidays); “Made to Order” items must allow up to 4-6 weeks for creation and shipping (time varies by item, please see the specific listing for details). Split orders may be possible, please inquire when submitting an order in the “Notes to Seller” section; be aware additional shipping charges may be incurred.

 

  • Rush Orders are not always available because of the nature of handmade items. They are accepted on a case by case basis and may be subject to a rush order fee. Please inquire: info@christinahollanddesigns.com

Returns/Exchanges & Damages/Repairs

  • Please inspect your order at the time of arrival for any loss or damage while shipping, contacting info@chrisitnahollanddesigns.com within 7 days to report any issues.

 

  • If there is damage to the outside of the box, it is recommended that you photograph it and any other damages as you open the package. Please save all packing materials until we’re able to report the damage and file an insurance claim. Please be aware, if these steps are not taken, it could affect the terms of shipping insurance refunds, and Christina Holland Designs will not be held liable for loss due to insufficient evidence of damages incurred while shipping.

  • If any items are missing from your order, please alert CHD within 7 days of arrival. If the loss was due to damage during shipping, please refer to the procedure above. If a mistake was made on my end, it will be shipped to you on the next business day free of charge with my sincerest of apologies.

 

  • If you are unhappy with any of your items, please contact Christina Holland at info@christinahollanddesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss adjustments to the piece for a perfect fit, exchange/store credit, or return. *Not all items are available for returns or exchanges.

 

  • Please be aware that custom-made items and all earrings (due to health and safety concerns) are a final sale.

 

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date order was shipped.

  • I guarantee my jewelry to my customers and will repair/replace any breaks or items found to be defective within one year of purchase, often free of charge (some exceptions apply).

 

  • Customer repairs after one year from the date of purchase will be subject to a repair fee (materials & labor). It is often possible to make a match for a lost earring, but please be aware with one-of-a-kind items and small batch collections this is not a guarantee.

 

  • When returning items, please package all jewelry individually and in a well-padded box or envelope and ship via USPS or UPS (NO FedEx please) and including a tracking number. You MUST send back your order within 14 days after contacting me.

  • Shipping charges on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping insurance, while highly recommended, is not required, but be aware Christina Holland Designs is not responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned items. Any insurance claims must be completed by the appropriate parties.
