2023 Holiday Order + Shipping Deadlines

It's that time of year again when we need to talk about Order and Shipping deadlines!

I personally pack up and ship out all of your orders AND I've got a full market schedule this season! I've set some order deadlines to ensure I have the time to thoughtfully pack your order for shipping or pick-up to get it to you before your holiday festivities!

I ship all my orders via USPS with either First Class/Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, so it'll be up to you to check the order deadlines here and purchase the best shipping option for your needs. *Deadlines are for shipping within the continental US, please inquire for other rates and options.

  • First Class/Ground Advantage: Order by Sunday, Dec 10th to have your order shipped by/before Thursday, Dec 14th.

  • Priority Mail + Tucson Local First Class Mail: Order by Friday, Dec 15th to have your order shipped by/before Monday, Dec 18th. *Tucson customers should be safe to select First Class Mail until 12/15 as most local orders arrive within 1-3 days with First Class.

  • Tucson Local Pick-up: Place your order by Friday, Dec 15th and pick-up at the Queer Bazaar hosted by The Tucson Hop Shop on Dec 16th from 2pm to 6pm. Visit my EVENTS page for more info.

  • Phoenix Area Pick-up: Place your order by Wednesday, Dec 6th and pick-up at Crafteteria, hosted by Shop Frances from 6pm to 10pm. Visit my EVENTS page for more info.


Here's a few things to take note of and some answers to projected questions:

  • If your order MUST arrive before Dec 25th we highly advise you to ship Priority Mail regardless of the date or location. Take the stress out of the waiting.

  • Need me to ship your order to your loved one directly? No problem! Simply put in your loved ones name and shipping address at checkout, either in the "Ship to" section OR by leaving a "note" with your order. I'll be sure to remove the price from the tag and can even add a personalized message from you in the order- just leave your message in the "note" section. Forgot to add that info before checking out? Also not a problem, just CONTACT me with the details and your order number.

  • Orders placed after Friday, Dec 15th cannot be promised to ship by the 18th of December- which is the recommended LAST day to ship Priority Mail to arrive by/before 12/25, as per the USPS website.

  • Tucson Locals- get those orders in by Dec 15th to pick up (and/or shop) from my booth at the Queer Bazaar on Dec 16th. I make NO promises I can meet up with you for a last minute order after 12/16. Before ordering after 12/15, please reach out to me and see if a meet up is possible- please be aware that IF I can meet up to hand over an order you will need to meet me at either my showroom at Steinfeld, or more likely- on the west side of Tucson Mountain Park and Saguaro National Park West. I am rurally located and may not make it into town until after 12/25.

  • Please be aware that once your order has shipped it is completely out of my hands! I wish I could influence how fast and how smooth your order gets to you, but I just don't have that power. ALL your orders get insurance and tracking numbers, so keep an eye out for your email confirmation for the tracking number (check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox).

  • If your order does not arrive after a reasonable amount of time or goes missing, it's very important that YOU reach out to your local post office to inquire and if needed, open an insurance claim. All orders are insured against loss or damage and all you need to get started is your tracking number. While it's best if you make the connection to your post office, please alert me of any loss or damage and I will be sure to provide any info you or USPS may need in a timely manner. The window to open a claim is around 30 days after it ships, so don't sleep on it too long after the anticipated arrival date.

  • And lastly- in Astrology, Mercury stations retrograde on Dec 13th, which tends to trip up communication, travel, and bring delays overall. You might even start to notice some of these delays and mis-communications up to a week prior to the 13th. So play it safe and get your orders in as soon as possible in case Mercury lends a hand at the post-office!!

Orders that ship arrive packaged in a CHD branded gift box, come with an organza pouch (great for storage when not in wear or travel!), one of my artist/jewelry care cards, a business card & polishing cloth. *Unless noted that your order contains multiple gifts, we may box a couple items together. Please let us know if you need each item in it's own gift box.

Orders are mailed to you in one of these bubble-mailers from Eco-Enclose. We love them for their easy tear strip to open & a second adhesive strip to reuse! These mailers are 50% recycled & made from 10% post-consumer waste.*If your order contains multiple gifts, we may ship in a CHD branded box made from 95% post-consumer waste diverted from landfills & is 100% recyclable!

If you are picking up your order locally we will also pack your jewerly in a CHD gift box (shown above), and/or an organza pouch (depending on item or quanities), along with the other items mentioned above. However, if you'd prefer minimal packaging, just let us know and we can pack your jewelry in less individual boxes or organza bags instead.
